Find all the essential details about receiving your beautiful artwork and our policy for returns. We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.

How your artwork is sent

For prints, we use Royal Mail, ensuring they are carefully packaged in cellophane bags with cardboard backing or similar to protect them during transit.

Original artworks are available for collection directly from exhibitions (currently panned in Newry, Chelsea and Dublin) or shops (most likely locally in Newcastle Co. down)

Shipping costs and delivery

Shipping costs for prints vary depending on the destination (UK, Ireland, or other countries) and print size. All print deliveries are tracked for your peace of mind.

  • A4 Prints: Sent as a large letter via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • UK: £3.30 (April 2026)
  • Ireland: £9.95 (April 2026)
  • Other Countries (zone 2 et al. will be more expensive)

A3 Prints: Sent as a small parcel via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • UK: £4.45 (April 2026)
  • Ireland: £13.30 (April 2026)
  • Other Countries (zone 2 et al. will be more expensive)

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return an item or discuss an exchange, please contact me directly.

We will be happy to discuss your options.

Please be aware that return costs may sometimes outweigh the purchase price, and refunds can only be issued if the item does not match your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately.

Royal Mail offers compensation for loss or damage during transit: up to £20 for UK deliveries and up to £50 for deliveries to Ireland. We will assist you with the claims process.
